It's more important to know how to study                   than studying for hours and hours !!!!

Dear students,  "oh, math, forget about it.I can never learn."   "Scoring A  in math, can't even dream about it."
" I simply hate math, no arguments. Period."
Do these dialouges seem familiar to you guys? If yes, welcome to the club of math haters.
As your math instructor, I  just want to let you folks know that there is no one born to hate math. Disliking math has to have a legitimate reason behind it. Check if you are suffering from one of these reasons:
  • I never had a good math teacher in my elementary school.
  • No one ever told me that I can learn math no matter what.
  • I had no help at home.
  • None of my math teachers were ready to assist me after the class.
  • I never attempted to do my home work.
  • I neither paid any attention in class nor took any notes from the lecture.
Well, did you recognize any one of them that might be the most dominating reason for your failure?
Guaranteed to Score 'A' in Algebra1
Allright, now after you have checked the reason for your failure, let me ask you to do only these five things through out this year.
  1. Do come to school everyday, If you have to miss a day, make sure you be responsible to get all the notes from me.
  2. Do take notes in the class in an organized binder on daily basis.
  3. Do Home work everyday, no matter what and have your queries ready for the next day before the next chapter begins.
  4. Do not leave my class room with any sort of confusion in your mind. Just simply ask questions in the class and PARTICIPATE.
  5. Maintain a planner to copy all of the important dates for quizzes, assignments, tests and homework.

It is not enough to begin; continuance is necessary. Mere enrollment will not make one a scholar; the pupil must continue in the school through the long course, until he masters every branch. Success depends upon staying power. The reason for failure in most cases is lack of perseverance. ~ James Russell Miller
Preseverance  Don't give up. Keep going. There is always a chance that you stumble onto something terrific. I have never heard of anyone stumbling over anything while he was sitting down. ~ Ann Landers    It’s not that I’m so smart, it’s just that I stay with my problems longer. ~ Albert Einstein

H. Jackson Brown: Time Quote
Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo Da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein

: Time is equal to life; therefore, waste your time and waste of your life, or master your time and master your life.  LakeinAlan

Charles Bixton:

You will never find time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.
Character is the result of two things: Mental attitude and the way we spend our time
